McCoy's Brasserie Description
McCoy's Brasserie is a comfortable little place to spend an afternoon in, watching the hustle and bustle of city life along the dynamic Mosley Street. It is inspired by the 'brasserie buzz' of Paris and New York but has a very appealing style of its own, with soft lighting, abstract art and elegant furniture.
You could relax over carefully chosen wines, indulge in a light bite or a full meal at the bar, or head straight to the dining area where the menus feature dishes for different needs - romantic dinners for two from the à la carte, express business lunches and large parties - all meticulously designed to ensure an enjoyable, affordable experience.
Start with French black pudding with Scotch quails egg, white onion puree and pomme sauté, move on to a wonderful main course of stuffed saddle of rabbit wrapped in Parma ham with spinach, puy lentils and mustard jus, and finish the McCoy experience with plum and almond bread and butter pudding.

Your Reviews of McCoy's Brasserie
Jan and Tony Glister (22 January 2009)
Absolutely delightful - we have been fans of Eugene McCoy and company for over 20 years - and this latest venture of theirs is superb. It's actually cheaper than many of the ristorantes etc in Newcastle and far better value.
Kath R (7 January 2009)
We ate at McCoy's Brasserie yesterday and would definitely go back again. The ambiance and lighting were just right and the two course fixed price dinner was excellent value. The food was gorgeous and well presented. All in all we would highly recommend it.
