I was a first time visitor to the Messa Grill at Ceasars Palace Las Vegas. The food was wonderful and the service was beyond excellent. It was my husbands 50th birthday and I am also allergic to dairy. Our waiter Michael, was so very insightful in helping me to make my entree selection. Kudos to everyone and Bobby Flay, loved those collard greens!
