Metro West End Brasserie Description

Located within the four star Apex European Hotel, The Metro West End Brasserie is a clean and bright place replete with soft furnishings and delicate artwork. The focus in on fresh ingredients all sourced and prepared with care.

The menu features brasserie favourites such as crispy calamari with spiced salt and chilli jam, smoked salmon, fennel salsa and lime crème fraîche, and breaded haggis cakes with red onion marmalade and whisky cream sauce. Main course could be anything from a 21 day aged beef with grilled flat mushrooms, slow roast plum tomatoes and fries, free range lemon butterflied chicken breast and Cumberland ring, mash and roast onion gravy.

Other options are fish, pasta and vegetables dishes and those looking for a quick bite could grab a Cajun chicken or Aberdeen Angus beef burger. Desserts may include a white chocolate crème brûlée with dark chocolate sorbet or sticky toffee pudding with rum and raisin ice cream.
