During the 70s and 80s, The Mexican Village at 3668 W. Beverly Blvd. was the pioneer of Latino cuisine with live entertainment, art and a colorful Spanish atmosphere. Today the celebration of serving good food continues at this fun-filled place with DJs spinning Latin tunes in the evening till late.

Appetizers of spicy chicken wings and jumbo garlic shrimp plate could be followed by Chile Colorado burrito where tender chunks of beef are cooked in a red chili sauce with mild red peppers. With cheese enchiladas rancheras, fajitas and tostadas, it's doesn't get more Mexican than this, and the selection of desserts offer a choice of flan with coffee flavored liqueur, tres leches cake and cheesecake.
