Excellent service, fantastic food, great atmosphere. Salina the manager was fantastic and Stephan the chef is a star. Delicious food, served piping hot and with imagination.

We had the misfortune of eating in Mezzaluna on Saturday night, April 1st, and boy did we feel like the April fools! This restaurant smelt badly of drains from the minute we walked in; it served mediocre, over-priced food not cooked as requested (my steak had not a hint of blood or redness in it when I'd asked for it medium-rare) all served with a large helping of Bad Attitude!

To top it off we spent 10 minutes unable to speak to each other over the shriek of their fire alarm. When we suggested a small discount to compensate we were greeted by aggression and rudeness bordering on the ridiculous from both the restaurant manager and the owner who announced "make them pay up and don't let them back in". All this after paying a £60 deposit up front at the time of booking! Want my advice - DON'T TOUCH THE PLACE WITH A BARGE POLE!
