Always had an excellent meal and service on our numerous visits to Miller & Carter. Chelmsford. Our Waiter - PAUL - was helpful, quick taking our order and had a cheerful manner. The Free Pimms was an excellent idea as we found ourselves frequenting M & C more often than was normal. My only downside is, as a Vegatarian, the Menu does not seem to change therefore does not give much of a selection. Nevertheless, the cosy and pleasant ambience makes up for lack of choice. What a lovely place to have a top class meal either at lunch time or in the evening. Top class food and wonderfull staff for good measure. I would recommend everyone to try Miller and Carter just once and I'm sure it will become a regular favourite.
