Miner Dunn is an old-school burger joint. Fries are made from fresh potatoes, and they have free refills and a free vanilla custard or orange sherbet with every meal. The only thing I don't like is all their toppings come on the bottom so just order everything on the side of you don't like that. Great atmosphere, great service and great food for a great price - done right! It is on Indianapolis Blvd just a couple miles south of I-94. It's definitely worth exiting the freeway on your trip to or from Chicago.
