Mirrors Restaurant Description

Part of the Novotel Hotel in Euston, Mirrors is a contemporary restaurant offering modern European cuisine. The menu is inspired by European eclectic cuisine using the finest produce and holding true to the traditional values of cooking. With a wide varitey of a la carte dishes for lunch and dinner and a buffet to complement, the restaurant was recently rewarded with 1AA rosette. Executive chef Denzil Newton believes that combining the classics with modern global influences really brings an exciting element to the dishes. The stylish restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere and is ideal for business meals or more informal dining.
