You form up at the chilled buffet and guided by your own inspiration, or perhaps assisted by suggested combinations on display, make up your own meal. There is a good selection of meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, herbs, spices, and sauces from which to choose. Dazzled by your own brilliance you hand it over to the guys on the barbeque, which is built rather like an Aga on the grand scale, and the rest is history. Intrigued by what might have been had you followed head rather than stomach you can return for another sortie . . . and another . . and.. The desserts aren't bad either. The concept seems to have caught on and like any catering operation ultimately depends upon quality.
