Morston Hall Restaurant Description

Morston Hall is located within curlew-call of the tide's edge and two miles west of Blakeney. Within this delightful house the chef and proprietor, Galton Blackiston, presides over an establishment which takes full advantage of all the excellent local produce available to his kitchen.

Local meat, fish, vegetables, game and wildfowl grace the tables and a consistently high level of cooking is maintained. There is a well-thought out wine-list, not over-pricey and the staffing is very professional and competent.

A wonderful place for an escape weekend (6 bedrooms) in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Closed: 25/26 Dec. and 2 weeks in early January

This is the best I've been to in Norfolk - a high class eating experience - one sitting and a set course, there is no choice. The surroundings are beautiful, the food is fine and service is excellent. It’s not cheap, but not bad value for its type.

More like a large scale dinner party than a restaurant as there are no choices but they do check what you can/can't eat when you book. Fabulous food, beautifully cooked and presented, a real treat.
