The Napier over looks Cheltenhams Montpellier Gardens and has a pretty courtyard to the side, the ambience was relaxed and friendly (but not too intrusive) we quickly felt at ease and had a fabulous unhurried evening. All the food was top notch, better than I've tasted at Petit / Brasserie Blanc next door. If it takes your fancy order the local cheese board (overlook the fact some come from Scotland) the knowledgeable waiter will talk you through all the cheeses with flair, like a little bit of dinner theatre.
