In the mood to indulge? The cheese pie is a blend of three Mediterranean cheeses, garlic, sesame seeds and parsley. The kibbeh is a layered mixture of lean ground beef, cracked wheat, spices, sautéed onions and pine nuts. The knefee is a sweetly dense square of semolina, sweet cheese and crushed pistachios.
