Nino's Osso Buco's menu is a careful selection of traditional, rustic Italian cuisine with dishes of stuffed mushrooms, baked clams and lightly breaded eggplant in the appetizers section and salads including tri-colore with arugula, endive and radicchio, and the Osso Buco special of lettuce, tomatoes, olives, pepperocini, mozzarella, onions and sun-dried tomatoes in Italian vinaigrette. The pastas like fettuccine or ravioli Toscana with traditional meat sauce and seasoned with garlic and fresh herbs, and Rigatoni country style.

For entrées there are a range of meat and seafood dishes including veal cutlet Parmigianino lightly breaded and topped with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella, or a chicken paesana with sweet Italian sausage and seasonal vegetables.
