The interior marries elegant Georgian style with the airy brightness of a stone-floored conservatory. The restaurant, which enjoys a well earned reputation with both locals and visitors alike, offers a relaxed and informal atmosphere in which guests can enjoy fresh local produce and the best of home style cooking. It is open from 11.00am serving fresh tea and coffee and a variety of home baking. There is outside dining in the summer on their secluded patio.International

We had a wonderful meal on a Sunday night at this restaurant. We were made to feel really welcome and the food was excellent, great value for money and I would recommend it to anyone. It’s a lovely place with lovely people.

The restaurant is nice and the service is okay but not good value for money. The food is neither fresh nor nicely cooked. We were given the wrong soup and the same dressing was used for all the main dishes.
