Notting Hill Brasserie
92 Kensington Park Road, Notting Hill Gate, London, W11 2PN
A neighbourhood restaurant nestled in the heart of Notting Hill, the Notting Hill Brasserie was converted from a row of three Edwardian town houses and still retains many original features. The lighting is low creating a romantic atmosphere where guests can enjoy a quiet and an intimate meal. The service is attentive and friendly offering a perfect ambience for a perfect outing. Head Chef Karl Burdock leads a young and innovative team who create dishes that are refined, yet simple, and full of flavour and together offer a modern Mediterranean cuisine. Cannellone of lobster and freshwater prawn with cape puree and shellfish veloute, and pan fried foie gras with wild mushroom and onion tart fine and truffle puree can get your meal off to a great start.A neighbourhood restaurant nestled in the heart of Notting Hill, the Notting Hill Brasserie was converted from a row of three Edwardian town houses and still retains many original features. REVIEWS OF Notting Hill Brasserie
Charlotte F (14 May 2007)
It's not cheap and the live music can be a little overpowering, but the food cannot be faulted. Really excellent on each occasion I've been there - especially the beef and the warm chocolate pudding.
Chris Mitchell (14 October 2002)
I was looking for something different, something good, something 'homey' and I found it here. The waiters were knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel as if I had been a regular for years. The menu is wonderful, varied and I left with the distinct intention of coming back to work my way through the whole of the list! I am so pleased to have found such a comfortable place to visit with great food, friendly, smiling staff and gorgeous surroundings. I would suggest it to anyone and am sure to be back soon!!!
