Nozomi Description
Most of London's glitterati will be familiar with Beauchamp Place; teeming with designer boutiques, jewellery and lifestyle shops, Nozomi can only be termed as another stylish addition to this upmarket location. The raised ground floor restaurant benefits from natural daylight or moonlight from the panoramic glass atrium, while the oak and wenge inlaid floors, off-white, pleated silk lined walls, and soft leather banquettes reminisce the 1920s glamour.
From the Miso soup and seared beef salad with Oriental lemon grass dressing, to char-grilled whole lobster with garlic and yuzu koshu dressing and New Zealand langoustine tails with a yuzu and chilli aioli, all dishes are served centrally on platters in the traditional manner.
Once the plates are cleared away, let you hair down and dance to some pulsating tunes or just sip on a refreshing Nozomi martini of fresh lychee and blueberries, shaken with citron and a hint of rose petal water.

It’s good, almost great food, excellent music from a very knowledgeable DJ. Great atmosphere, and beautifully designed interior. The restaurant manager however, who served us himself, was not up to the job. Sloppy and falsely arrogant service is just not acceptable in London with so much competition, and let down a restaurant that shows so much promise. Re-train the staff and we’d be back.
