Oakleys' interesting menu showcases a variety of dishes packed with flavor and created with flair. Diners can enjoy shrimp 'corndog' with bistro honey mustard, basil waffle with lobster and mustard cream, crab risotto cakes and suckling pig with root beer barbeque glaze for starters. Entrées include rainbow trout with parsnip thyme purée and goat cheese fritters, beef short ribs, Hawaiian pork cheddar spring roll, tilapia with roasted red pepper risotto and vegetable lasagna. Try banana crepes, carrot cake or chocolate dome cake for a sweet ending to the meal.
