Another try at the increasingly successful combination of supermarket with restaurant above, in this case affording access to a wide range of ingredients busy retailing themselves downstairs. Nonetheless the staple diet here is stir-fries, and very good ones too. There is a blackboard menu for daily seafood specials which occasionally includes very well priced lobsters. Nor should you lose sight of the seawater tanks in which green, velvet and Canadian crabs disport themselves prior to despatch.Chinese

My three children, wife and I went along to this restaurant at a friend's recommendation. We ordered four sets of dumplings, four mains and all were simply good. I would add that the food was overall better than any other Chinese restaurant that I have eaten in Manchester. The price and portions were also good. But, though the waiters were friendly and all spoke English, the service was a little slow. This was because even though it was a weeknight there were still plenty of customers present. We will of course return and I can imagine that it will become a family favorite.
