Lovely old pub beautifully restored with contemporary additions to the existing traditional features. All food is home made – I have eaten here many times and food is always delicious. It is definitely not pub chain quality - much superior. This place deserves to be busier - it's a bit off the beaten track, but well worth a drive.

We have just had a very lovely lunch at Oddfellows. The service was friendly and attentive. The decor is superb, roaring log fire, linen napkins, tastefully and understated interior. The food was beautiful, my rissotto was light but with a full flavour, the huge chips with the steak and kidney pie must have been cooked in duck fat. We had bread and butter pudding with orange whisky marmalade sauce - honestly to die for. This place is not as busy as it deserves to be.
