My husband and I and two friends ate at the Olive Tree on Friday. We all had a fantastic meal for 11.99. Example I had duck pâté, salmon with sun dried tomatoes and sauté potatoes and chocolate torte. The serving staff were attentive and very friendly and also knowledgeable about the dishes. We had an excellent bottle of wine and in the very convivial atmosphere we spent an extremely pleasant evening, in fact we were the last to leave, but did not feel under pressure to leave. A good experience all round.

After much searching, we chose the Olive Tree as the venue for a surprise party for my mother’s 80th in May last year. We needed to cater for all tastes, having family arriving from abroad as well as Great Britain. This was the perfect choice, as the food was excellent, and the members of staff were brilliant - catering for such a large party, patiently waiting whilst we translated to guests who could not speak much English. A great evening and everyone agreed that The Olive Tree was the perfect choice for the occasion, many of us returning since. Thank you.
