Ooze Risotto Bar Description
Ooze, located in London's Goodge Street, is the first restaurant in the UK to specialise solely in risotto, offering a menu that comprises fourteen variations on the classic Milanese dish.
Ooze's menu offers risotto purists a number of classic combinations that sit happily on the menu alongside rarely seen blends. Fresh seasonal ingredients are prominent, alongside healthy variations including low fat and low salt options. Fresh fish, salads and grills complement the primary risotto offering.
Alongside providing healthier risotto options, the chefs at Ooze have worked hard on alleviating other typical problems associated with making risotto, particularly speed of production. The Express Menu has been created to enable busy diners to have a speedy lunch without compromising the consistency, quality or health benefits of the dish.

Four of us dinned at Ooze. We didn't quite know what to expect, but because separate friends had raved about it we thought we'd give it a go. Delicious starters all round, in particular the bruschetta, risottos were full of flavour and offered some interesting combinations. A definite find and we would be back.
