Opus One is one of the best restaurants in Manchester. The service is great and not intrusive. They have a well priced a la Carte menu with some great dishes; scallops and monkfish are my favourite. Chefs change menus every three months or so, we never get tired of the same food and keep coming back. We would also recommend Opus bar for cocktails before your meal. Opus bar is always busy and lovely on Friday night and has great atmosphere. What can we say? They've got the right balance of attentive service, fantastic food and great surroundings.
