Orchid is a relatively new restaurant from Kevin Liu's group, situated in the newly renovated bonded warehouse opposite the Copthorne Hotel in the heart of the dynamic quayside. The affable members of staff offer a warm welcome and their general bonhomie is to be greatly admired, while the setting is easy on the eye with plenty of space.

From an exciting and innovative menu designed by Executive Chef Gary Ko Chun On expect to find Chinese and international fusion cuisine, which lists aromatic duck served with pancakes for starters. Main courses take in king prawns with vegetables and cashew nuts, and chicken with homemade Thai green curry. Beef and pork with a vast choice of sauces from kung po to sweet and sour, along with a range of seafood leave you spoilt for choice.

They offer a VIP room with a projection screen to facilitate business meetings.
