Orchid Description

A warm friendly welcome awaits visitors at this latest offering from Kevin Liu's family restaurants, where the charming staff show genuine delight when a customer enters. Situated in the newly renovated bonded warehouse opposite the Copthorne Hotel in the heart of the dynamic quayside, it works from an exciting and innovative menu designed by executive chef Gary Ko Chun On. The environment is easy on the eye and offers plenty of space.

The Chinese and international fusion cuisine lists aromatic duck served with pancakes for starters. Main courses take in king prawns with vegetables and cashew nuts and chicken with homemade Thai green curry. Beef and pork with a vast choice of sauces from kung po to sweet and sour, along with a range of sea food, leave you spoilt for choice.

They also offer a VIP room with a projection screen to facilitate business meetings.
