The Oriental Canteen is conveniently situated on Exhibition Road close to the Natural History Museum, the V & A and the Science Museum. Therefore, its hardly surprising to hear that this little eatery is a popular spot for tourists looking for time out to refuel and rest their weary feet in between museums. The tables are long canteen style ones as the name suggests and the menu is packed full of simple but delicious oriental dishes, from tasty soups to chicken, pork, beef, duck and vegetarian based rice and noodle dishes. This might not be a luxury venue for a long and lazy lunch, but as a quick spot to enjoy a good value oriental dish or two it's hard to beat.
