Osmosis is one of the best new restaurants in Barcelona. Young Catalan chef Frederic Fernandez presents his personal menu, a creative mixture of traditional and modern Catalan cuisine. He pays intricate attention to the combination of flavours and textures, as well as using fresh and seasonal products. It is clear that he is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his cuisine, which is emphatically portrayed in the presentation of each dish; angler fish with Iberian pancetta bacon and red pontiac puree with five peppers and basil. This elegant and cosy restaurant is an experience that lovers of signature cuisine can't possibly miss. Osmosis also boasts two private rooms for eight or twelve people.
