Started by Claudio Pulse, a man who has been at the helm of the Italian gourmet movement in London, the hotel serves a range of regional fare, with dishes having a touch of Mediterranean flavour, served in elegant and bright surroundings. A few Tuscan landscapes add colour to the whole ambience, as does an open kitchen at the back, which gives a very Mediterranean feel. The varied fare served by the hotel, reflects Chef Massimiliano's passion for food which comprises of traditional Italian dishes like salt cod prepared in 'Neapolitan style'; broccoli soup with 'ragusano cheese' and toasted almond; pan fired scallops with green beans, beetroot and baby cress salad and a selection of Italian cured meats with homemade pickles.
