The dim sum selection offers prawn balls, rice paper wrapped chicken, shredded duck meat roll, coconut chicken triangle, spicy meat and nut dumplings, steamed char sui bun and Shanghai style pork dumplings. There's also choice of Vietnamese chicken, monk fish skewer with spicy Thai sauce, salmon and king prawn sushi, mixed seafood tempura and chicken satay. For the main course, diners can select from Japanese style prime fillet of cod, lightly grilled salmon fillet with a savoury sauce, lemon and honey chicken, green curry chicken, fried beef with ginger and spring onion, pork with green pepper and black bean sauce and Malaysian style chilli beef. A variety of rice and noodle dishes add more substance to the meal.
