Parliament Restaurant Description

Located in the ancient Roman town of Colchester, The Red Lion Hotel occupies a historic 15th century listed building of wattle and daub walls and mullioned windows. Inside you will find The Parliament Restaurant, which serves an excellent selection of classic British dishes and fine wines in warm, intimate surroundings.

It is an old banqueting hall, steeped in history and was the setting for Oliver Cromwell to hold official parliament meetings. With excellent transport links to the M11, M25, Stansted airport and Cambridge, this restaurant is a popular destination for businessmen, in particular, seeking an enjoyable meal in a comfortable atmosphere
