REVIEWS OF Passage to India

Rhonda (19 February 2009)

We went for Valentine’s day and would advise anyone to stay away, the service was dreadful, the members of staff were really unorganised and there were people waiting to have their food orders taken half an hour after we had got in the place. The waiting staff kept mixing up our drinks order and the arrogant girl at the front counter was not very happy that we wouldn’t leave a tip even though we have already been charged a £5 service charge, which I didn’t think they deserved as the service was so bad, the food itself was awful as well, I have had better takeaways. Our Valentine’s day was partly ruined because of how bad this place was, we will never be returning and will not be recommending it to anyone.
