Pata Negra is quite simply superb. I took a friend there who has eaten in the finest restaurants internationally, he currently lives in Paris and has frequented Michelin starred restaurants often - he's actually friends with some of the chefs, and he was blown away by the food at Pata Negra. It's always a delight to stumble across a little gem like this.
