Pavilion Cafe

If you find yourself enjoying a leisurely stroll around Dulwich Park a visit to Pavilion Café is a must. In fact it's even worth travelling there to make a day of it when the weather is warm. The café opens early so that you can grab a cup of coffee, a bacon sandwich, freshly baked croissants, or enjoy their excellent all day breakfast. Come lunchtime they have a daily specials menu such as delicious minute steak baguette with garlic butter, leek and potato gratin, home-made soups, or a great range of healthy salads such as mixed bean with coriander. All their meat and eggs are free-range from the local butcher.

As a family and community cafe they have a kid's menu full of homemade healthy options as well as some kids' favourites such as sausage and chips. Alternatively, enjoy the views of the park with afternoon tea and one of their many homemade cakes, such as thyme and lemon, date and orange loaf, baked cheese cakes, fairy cakes, fresh fruit and cream cakes, hazlenut brownies.

Pavilion Cafe has a kids play area, baby change and disabled facilities, organic ice-cream, lollies, confectionery, winter markets and much more. The decor is Cricket Pavilion meets modern cafe - great views of the park from the large surrounding windows a clean and simple interior which is practical and relaxing. They stock wine, beer and spirits, so you can enjoy a Pimms in the sunshine.
