I have visited many Indian Restaurants over the years, but none quite like Pepper Hut. If, like me, you are becoming bored with the usual suspects (Tikka massala, korma, madras etc.) and are looking for a different taste of India, then Pepper Hut is the place to try! Staff are very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The taste of Southern India is there for the taking. I love the medhu vada starter and the fantastic massala doseh for main course. Sunday night to Tuesday night offers a fantastic deal, with any starter, main, side dish & rice or bread for under a tenner! The place has recently been done out and is pleasant and clean. Toilets are clean, although there is a steep flight of steps down to them. Perhaps not a place for disabled loo access. Nonetheless, my overall experience is very positive and I'm more than happy to recommend. The uli fader is also another tasty starter worth trying. Happy eating!
