Pepper Jacks Tex Mex Grill, located in a quaint building in Jim Thorpe, serves Tex Mex and Mexican cuisine. The restaurant has recently changed hands and the new owners have decorated it to provide guests with a festive Mexican environment.

Expect to find guacamole and chips, homemade soups and chilli, and there's chicken fingers, calamari or shrimp basket for the gringos. Those wanting a quick bite can order wraps and sandwiches such chicken buffalo melt sandwich and grilled chicken and wing sauce with melted cheese on a Kaiser roll. The delicious taco salad is served in a fried tortilla shaped into a bowl with taco meat. Desserts are always fun with homemade flan, rich thick Mexican custard with a caramelized top and shot of whipped cream, and fried ice cream with churros.

Sangria is sold by the pitcher, or you could just enjoy their speciality margaritas of eight different flavors served frozen or on the rocks.
