Situated in the shadow of St Paul's Cathedral, this modern Italian restaurant is the one of the latest restaurant ventures from Enzo and Piero Quaradeghini, owners of the outstandingly successful Caravaggio, Taberna Etrusca and Tao. Percento is open all day from the bleary-eyed hour of 6.30 am through to late evening. Breakfast is served in the ground floor bar every morning. It not only offers some excellent and varied Italian cuisine, but it also benefits from private dining rooms that can cater for up to 100 people.

Percento's talented head chef is Valentino Bosch, who throughout his career has cooked in a host of premier kitchens including Le Gavroche and Gresslin's. Situated in the heart of the City, Percento is certainly alive from dawn until dusk, appealing to those who want breakfast meetings as well as great Italian cooking for lunch or dinner, whether alone or with clients.
