A starter of home-cured salmon gravadlax and citrus salad will give you an idea of just why Petit Paris is famed for its real French experience. Main courses encompass duck breast cooked to your liking with glazed nectarines and served with steamed rice and citrus jus, and a summer vegetable risotto topped with a free-range poached egg and shaved parmesan cheese.

I went there for my partner’s birthday after lots of friends talked about what a lovely little restaurant it is, and it was fantastic. The décor is simple and welcoming as are the waiters. The food is yummy and the wine is reasonably priced. We will be going back very soon.

I have been there a number of times, over the years and always enjoyed the food. Every meal I’ve had was delicious and of good value.
