Phileas Fogg Restaurant Description

As a dedicated detractor of Airports I often think of their peripheral benefits. Few places demonstrate this better than the elegant restaurant of the Radisson SAS which overlooks the milling activity of the airport itself, but isolates you completely from it. The whole place resounds with friendly service, a menu that offers more traditional food with a modern twist than the other way round. It is rather as though they are determined to restore ones faith in a civilised lifestyle in every possible way, and they certainly succeed. A good wine list with house wine at £17.
