Pinch, The

French chef Christopher Lacroix has put his culinary experiences from around the world to good use by creating an assortment of European dishes with a 'pinch' of something new. Dish descriptions such as  starter of sole, puy lentils, and confit tomato terrine with green cactus dressing  might seem puzzling, but most others are easy to grasp. Wild sea bass fillet on leeks fondue in champagne and vanilla with saffron beurre blanc could follow. Meals can be brought to a sweet end with an interesting green tomato crème brulee or their very own mousse aux chocolate, with orange coulis. 

The emphasis is on quality and diversity and there is something for everyone to experiment with. The chic, yet comfortable interiors set the mood for a relaxed dining experience, and those who would like a whiff of fresh air could choose to dine al fresco on the terrace.
