Pipa Tapas Bar
38 East 19th Street, between Broadway & Park Avenue South, New York, 10003
Located on 38 East 19th Street between Broadway and Park Avenue South, Pipa is an authentic Spanish neighborhood style dining experience with a contemporary edge. Its opulent decor, apparently inspired by Middle Age castle basements, creates a wonderfully dramatic ambience with the sparkling chandeliers, dark wooden furniture and antique mirrors. The tapas style menu of original Spanish fare is also peppered with more than a dash of innovation. The dinner menu includes modern variations on traditional tapas such as piquillo peppers stuffed with crabmeat, shrimp and piquillo aioli and a traditional tortilla Española omelet with potato, onion and piquillo pepper. The lunch menu includes a ranch of sandwiches including free-range chicken breast and skirt steak skewers amongst others.Located on 38 East 19th Street between Broadway and Park Avenue South, Pipa is an authentic Spanish neighborhood style dining experience with a contemporary edge.
