Piri Piri Grill Description
A really hot pepper from Portugal inspires this restaurant, which brings together traditional Indian and Portuguese cuisine. They have cleverly utilized the common theme between the two fares of blending exotic spices with tradition.
The Piri Piri chilli, also known as the African bird's eye chilli, has the unique property of delayed sensation when consumed. So customers can taste the food first and then experience the heat a unique experience that comes alive there.
Kick off with onion bhaji, deep fried onions in a spicy batter and served with side salad. The chicken frango whole, marinated in piri piri sauce, roasted and grilled on a real flame until it is red hot with chillies and fire, served on a piping hot terracotta plate with chips, a side salad and piri piri sauce is an exciting main course. For desserts you can take in the classic tiramisu or strawberry cake.
