Two miles East of the historic town of Kilmallock, and overlooking the Golden Vale and Ballyhoura hills is Bulgaden Castle, which was originally an 18th century tavern owned by the Hasset family. In 1887 the Meade family rebuilt it in its present form. It is now converted into a delightful country inn and restaurant with full cabaret, function and disco facilities. A quick Bar Snack, Business Lunch or a meal with friends in convival surroundings is prepared to the highest standards by our Chef. An extensive A La Carte menu is available at night offering a wide choice of Fresh Fish, Game, Meat and Local Produce cooked to order.
