Poacher's Restaurant at The Crown Inn Description
The Crown has long carried a reputation for good food, served either in the informal Rent Room or the more traditional Poachers Restaurant. The cuisine is imaginative and draws from some of the more classical dishes of England and France.
The local produce is invoked whenever possible and fish is a speciality of the house. Local wine merchants have contributed to a list which deserves closer attention than some and offers house wine at £11.95.

Had a meal in the Poachers Restaurant on Saturday evening. It was a set menu for £29. The quality of the food was superb and the service was first rate. Would definitely recommend it especially for a special occasion.
