My partner and I have a Hi-Life card and though we enjoyed our meal there, Portofino has been the only place that has used the option to mark it, so we can’t return and use it there again. We have had the card for five years and they have been the only ones to do this. We thought it was a bit cheeky and never went back.

I have eaten at the restaurant several times and always enjoyed it. The staff are attentive and friendly and the food is fresh, well cooked and beautifully served. I have eaten in large and small parties and have never been disappointed.
