Prelude Restaurant Description

The Prelude currently is the holder of two AA rosettes, which demonstrates the quality of what they offer. Pre-dinner drinks and canapés are served in the comfortable bar or conservatory, where you can choose from an extensive wine list.

The restaurant's atmosphere is relaxed, with attentive service, and the bonus of a live pianist on Saturday evenings. Food is modern British, with a classic French influence, using locally sourced produce, for example, Herdwick lamb and Newlands Valley beef.
