Priory Restaurant, The Description

The four-star Macdonald Inchyra Grange is a manor house transformed into a comfortable and modern hotel. It is set in its own forty-four acres of ground, close to Falkirk in the heart of central Scotland.
 
The Priory restaurant offers a fine array of classic Scottish cooking in spacious, formal surroundings. The seasonal menu centres around dry-aged Scottish beef and wild fresh fish, with the addition of traditional dishes such as cullen skink and Stornoway black pudding. Desserts include caramelised rhubarb tarte tatin with ice cream and iced cranachan parfait, with traditional shortbread. An assortment of function suites can cater for up to 400 people.
