I cannot believe how the place has dropped its standards. The owner was very rude to my party and other guests.

We had heard great things about the Puffing Billy. Unfortunately, it did not live up to its reputation. The service was poor, the food over priced with a limited menu choice, and no atmosphere. All this was superseded by the rude, inhospitable owner.
