Quadrato Restaurant Description
Quadrato, the restaurant of the Four Seasons Hotel Canary Wharf, is as much loved for its fabulous views of the River Thames as it is for its fine Italian cuisine. It also has the added advantage of allowing its diners the opportunity to dine al fresco during the summer months. The varied list of appetizers available includes warm wild salmon sashimi with yellow and green courgette in a dill dressing, or beef carpaccio with wild mushrooms, baby spinach and Parmesan shaving. There is then a selection of soups and pasta dishes before, in true Italian style, moving onto main course dishes such as oven roasted wild pheasant, vegetarian tortino and sautéed spinach, or slow roasted suckling pig with baked apple and cranberry sauce.
