Que Pasa Cantina Description
Well, Mexican had to come to Liverpool some time and here it is - as predictable and varied as ever. All the standard Mexican fare is here, amidst a setting of truly ethnic inspiration. Since the standard moody Mexican is not part of the décor the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, lending itself well to the culture of a Liverpool revivant. An average meal will cost you around £15 which will save you having to consider doing a Mexican on the nearest bank, but if things really are that bad go for Sunday lunch which will lever only £7.50 from your saddlebag - and you get three courses too.

I visited Que Pasa Cantina last weekend with my boyfriend and was deeply disappointed. It was way too expensive, soup at nearly £5 a bowl is not acceptable and they do not put the prices on the menu, for the soup, as it's written on a board and has no price beside it. The main course, I am doing my best to be polite, but quite frankly - it was awful. I could have bought one of those Mexican kits and made the meal myself. It's way too expensive - £9.95 for a main and you get two tortillas. Ask for another and they charge you 50p a go. I will never venture in there again for drinks or otherwise. They say you get what you pay for? I don't think so.
