Your Reviews of QuecumBar & Brasserie, Le

Anthony Walters (19 February 2009)

I went along for the 6th birthday anniversary with John Etheridge and Ritary heading up the musical line up. What a tableau both to the ear and the eyes; up to eight guitarists, double bass and violin all driving along the Jango road of Gypsy swing music with individual virtuoso performances intertwined. Wonderful venue, atmosphere and people! Well done Sylvie.

Sophia Floyd (12 August 2008)

I recently visited Le QuecumBar with some friends of mine after hearing rave reviews about it. I can honestly say I was not at all disappointed. The ambience was electric, I really did not know what to expect as I was not too sure what gypsy jazz was, but it was like being transported into the heart of Paris. The decor was gorgeous and the food and wine were excellent. We all had a wonderful time and have booked to go back on Saturday evening for my friend's birthday. I have come across nothing else like this venue in London and it’s so good to see live music still being played. Well done Le QuecumBar, keep up the good work.
