The Queen's Arms Pub and Dining Room, is, according to a regular customer, "the perfect addition to Warwick Way - my local pub and my local restaurant - all rolled into one". The pleasing little place is located on two floors; a lively pub on the ground floor, and a dining area that is reached by going up a winding staircase, on the first.

The food is passionately created, and a mix of seasonal and restaurant-style dishes. The very reasonably priced lunch is considered by many, to offer some of the best value around.

Expect to find choices such as ham hock terrine with red onion chutney and toast; and venison carpaccio to start; among mains, vegetable pie appears with celeriac mash, and a hearty grilled rib eye is served with green peppercorn sauce, watercress and chunky chips.

The Queen's Arms is as much about coming in for a drink as it is about eating, so the list of wines, beers, well kept ales and cocktails has been carefully compiled to offer good variety to customers.
