I have dined at Rasa on a few occasions and found the service to be appalling. We felt very uncomfortable as they were pushy to clear the table. When we were paying our bill, the person just left the card and the bill on the table without uttering a word and left. I don’t think it is unrealistic to expect someone to say thank you for dining at their restaurant. They may serve good food but I don’t think I would like to dine in a place paying a lot of money and ending my busy day feeling terrible.

I have eaten at Rasa a number of times and always returned happy. The food is interesting, tastes great and is reasonably priced for the quality you get. The service is excellent - attentive, not pushy waiting staff, happy to make recommendations. The atmosphere is always excellent and I think their clientele reflect the standard of food and service.
